I got to finally visit my friend Megan in her cute little studio in Denver! Since I never made it out to Iowa to visit when she was in college, we settled on me coming to her new place a week after she was settled in. It was such a nice trip, pleasant from start to finish! I had never been flying before, let alone flying on my own, but I really enjoyed that aspect of it and didn’t have any nerves or anything. I just thought I’d drop some of the photos that I took from that trip, and then close it up with a semi-quarterly wrap up of April & May since I always dedicate one post to Summer’s adventures. we popped into this gorgeous coffeeshop after dropping my things at meg’s, and before we did a food shop. next time i’m there, i definitely want to come here and spend some time reading/writing here; it’s so gorgeous.

we did not stop here, but we NEED to the next time i’m in denver. look. at. it. i am utterly taken with this spot, and i didn’t even step inside.

i talked about the books i bought from here in my most recent post, but i also got some cute little souvenirs for my grandma, mama, & sister!
going home <3
while it was so nice to see my friend again (it had been the end of 2019 since i had), it was oh so lovely and wonderful to come home. i got another window seat for the first plane ride, and i was so blown away by the beauties in the sky and the utterly magnificent world the Lord created and put me in.
also…MY!!! BED!!!! i missed him so much (his name is timothy carlton btw, iykyk lmao), and WHAT A JOY it was to sleep in my own room, surrounded by all my home comforts. bliss.

Ty for reading and scrolling through the absolute barrage of photos i’ve posted here today :’) Spring has been so wonderfully pretty and lovely and sweet this year, and some of the nicest moments i have no photos or videos of. And now, Summer is here, and it’s going swimmingly so far as well. It’s shaping up to be another epic season already!
